This notice explains what Mehta Stone Consortium does with the details you send through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, quote request or sample request, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, delivery address (samples only), what you are interested in and your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, send samples and keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone outside the company, except the courier that delivers your samples.

Product updates

We send product updates by email only to people who ticked the box on the form asking for them. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it. If you did not tick the box, we only write to you about your own enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as they are useful for our business relationship, and delete them when you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will say so here.

Google Maps

The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. The rest of the website works without it.

WhatsApp and email

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.
